Specialty Cleaning Agents started the way most good agencies do — with one operator, a rope, and a phone that wouldn't stop ringing for the work everyone else turned down.

Founder Jared "Oly" Olroyd spent a decade on the Las Vegas Strip running rope on hotels, casinos, and Class-A office. He learned what most franchises won't admit: the high-margin work isn't the easy work. It's the stuff that requires showing up at 4 a.m., reading a building, knowing which cleaner won't strip the tint, and knowing when to walk a job that isn't safe.

In 2014, he hung the SCA shingle. The mission was simple: build a family-operated agency where every agent on the wall was trained, uniformed, and on the company's books — no subcontractor roulette, no franchise overhead, no excuses on the punch-list.

Today the agency runs four divisions across the Las Vegas Valley, Henderson, Boulder City, and Pahrump. The work is residential estates, Strip-facing high-rises, post-construction final cleans, and recurring storefront routes. The standard hasn't changed.
